My campaigns use social media channels to reach new customers and increase loyalty by creating ongoing conversations. In an era where people trust the recommendation of a complete stranger more than a paid advertisement; social media isn’t just inexpensive, it’s powerful. I have 15 years of experience with technical companies, customer service, marketing and sales.
With my demonstrated and extensive social media experience in blogging, community development and management, social networking and conversation engagement I am well-connected with the broader social media world. As well as having the ability to think strategically, I will always roll up my sleeves to help implement the programs necessary for a successful campaign.
